Phuket Scooter Rentals (“we”) is operated by Skoot. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit phuketscooterrentals.com or book a scooter rental through the Skoot platform, and how that information is used.

Information We Collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, pickup location, a copy of your driving licence or International Driving Permit, and payment details. When you simply browse the website we collect anonymised analytics such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location (city level), and referring source.

Third Parties

We share booking data with the verified rental shop fulfilling your order so they can prepare your scooter. Payment processing is handled by our payment providers. Your refundable deposit is held in escrow by Skoot, not the rental shop. We use WhatsApp Business for customer support messaging, Cloudflare for site delivery and bot protection, and Google Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. We retain booking records for the period required by Thai accounting law and then delete them.
